Trade Show SWAG Bag
The Southeast Mine Safety and Health Executive Committee is a not for profit group formed to plan, market, manage and continuously improve and perpetuate the annual Southeast Mine Safety and Health Conference. This past year marked their 11th annual conference and continued growth in attendance. As part of the conference, attendees are provided with conference SWAG that the Committee desired to be both practical and desirable. When you have had a conference for so many years, it can become increasingly challenging to identify something new and different that attendees would want to receive.
Two months prior to the annual event, the conference director attended JDA Promo’s Product Showcase to search for new and different conference giveaway items. In addition, a visit was made to our showroom where samples selected at the show as well as ideas JDA had identified were provided. The items were narrowed down and presented to the Executive Committee who selected the final SWAG bag with items that fit their budget and conference initiative. This year they selected a great conference bag in royal and black as well as red Octane safety glasses and a great journal and pen set.

I realize that It can become increasingly challenging every year identifying something new and different that attendees would want to receive.
