How long does it take for me to get my order?
Orders for screen print and embroidery that are done in house have a normal production time of 10 working days. Production time for Rush and In-Hands-Date orders are taken on a case by case basis. Items such as hard goods that are imprinted by suppliers are subject to each supplier’s production time.

What is the minimum quantity on t-shirts?
Although our technical minimum is 12 pieces it is not cost effective to print 12 shirts. Your best bet is to start at 24 pieces.

If I have an idea for a t-shirt but do not have any art created will JDA Promo do that for me?
If you need very detailed art, JDA will give you a quote for art services. If it is typeset, JDA will do that at no charge if you have an order already placed and in-house. Please send your art request to art@juniordavis.com and your account executive and we will assess how to best serve you.

What does it cost to get my logo embroidered on a shirt?
First we will need to get an embroidery tape digitized for your logo. Most tapes cost $15.00, however additional costs may be incurred if the logo has very intricate details. Please send your logo to art@juniordavis.com and your account executive for a quote. Orders for embroidery tapes receive a sew-out and virtual proof for approval. After your logo is on file you pay each time the logo is sewn on a garment. The pricing is dependent on how many pieces you are embroidering.

If I have a product of my own that I want to have embroidered can I bring it to JDA for that ?
JDA does not embroider any product that is not purchased at JDA. Please contact your account executive with additional questions.

What is an over/under run?
The majority of hard good vendors have a 10% over/under run to compensate for imperfections or breakage during shipping. An exact run may or may not be possible so this over/under run clause is added to all hard good orders.

Why is there a setup charge on my order?
A setup charge is a fee applied to your order to create a screen, die or other imprint method in order to print your logo. This is not an art charge but a charge that varies by supplier and type of imprint.

If I picked up my order at JDA Promo why are shipping costs still applied to my order?
JDA is a distributor of apparel and hard goods. We do not inventory any product. When you place an order with JDA the product is ordered from a vendor who ships to JDA. Those are the shipping costs applied to your order.

What kind of file does my artwork need to be?
Art for an order should be in eps, ai or vector pdf formats.

Will there be an art charge if I already have art for my order?
In most cases when presented with exact art in the formats requested there is no charge for artwork. Minor changes to your art are often made at no charge, however, all art changes and creative art ideas should be sent to art@juniordavis.com and your account executive to determine actual pricing.

Will I see a virtual proof before my order goes to production?
All orders will receive virtual proofs prior to production. This proof must be approved before production begins .
