Minimums range from 1 to 250 pieces. This completely depends on the product, vendor, and decoration method. For large quantities sourcing abroad is an option.

Minimums for in-house decoration: screen printing – 24, embroidery – 1, hat embroidery – 12, thermo seal – 1, DTG printing – 1.

Minimums for hard goods: Less expensive items like lanyards, stickers, and phone wallets tend to have a higher minimum between 100 and 250, while higher priced items like coolers, backpacks, and umbrellas, minimums range between 1 and 24.

Our in-house decoration including embroidery, screen printing, thermo seal, and direct-to-garment printing.

Our trusted suppliers decorate using pad print, laser engraving, digital printing, transfers and more. Several of our suppliers charge a setup fee in addition to the product cost in order to cover the cost of setting up the machine for your imprint. This cost varies between $30-$200 depending on the decoration method.

We do not charge a setup fee for in-house decoration for items decorated with embroidery, screen printing, and thermo seal. DTG printing may require a one-time setup fee depending on the art.
