Looking back at 2021, we continued to grow despite ongoing challenges with the supply chain and pandemic. We are thankful to our customers for another great year of business.

New Developments in Business
This year we expanded our production capabilities and continue to work to increase our storage capacity! To keep up with demand, we also added another embroidery machine, a hat press, and an additional screen printing press. Our production team completed training on the new machines and ran over 45,000 locations of embroidery and printed over 1.4 million locations for screen printing. (Wow!) We also added eight new team members in production and sales.
During the early days of the pandemic, we began kitting and sending PPE and work from home kits directly to our customers’ employees. This year, we continued to expand this part of our business with new onboarding kits, anniversary kits, uniforming programs, and other direct mail campaigns. We are excited to see this area of our business continue to grow in 2022.
Personal Accomplishments
Our employees had an amazing year both in and out of the office. We are proud of our customer service representative, Nina, for getting her college degree in Human Resources. We also had several of our production team finish high school in May. Our Marketing Coordinator, Lizzie, married Adam in June. Account Executive, Laney, added to her family, giving birth to her baby boy Chandler in May, and her daughter, Violet is officially cancer-free! We are so proud of each and every one of our employees and everything they have accomplished this year.
We Hosted our Annual Spring Product Showcase
We hosted our Annual Spring Product Showcase at the Pelham Civic Center on May 20th. It was exciting to see our customers in person after a year of Zoom calls. Check out this post for a full recap of our spring showcase. We can’t wait for our show on March 3, 2022!
Fun in the Office
This year we had so much fun in the office! We ate a ton of good food and played our heart outs at the Halloween Cornhole Tournament. We enjoyed a great Christmas Party at Topgolf Birmingham with our entire team. It was great to have everyone all together once again.
